1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the Ceivnt web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Ceivnt web application and platform.
• "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who creates an account on the Service.
• "Manager" refers to a User who creates and posts event listings to hire staff.
• "Boy" refers to a User who browses and books jobs at events. A User may act as both a Manager and a Boy.
• "Content" means any information, text, or other materials posted, uploaded, or displayed on the Service by Users.

3. The Ceivnt Service

Ceivnt is a neutral digital marketplace that connects Managers and Boys for event staffing purposes. We are not an employer, employment agency, or a party to any agreement formed between Users. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the events posted, the truth or accuracy of User Content, the ability of Managers to pay, or the ability of Boys to perform the work.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Managers are solely responsible for accurately describing event details, managing their booked staff, ensuring a safe work environment, and making timely and correct payments directly to the Boys.

Boys are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of an event, performing their duties professionally if they book a job, and providing accurate profile information.

5. Fees, Payments, and Penalties

Ceivnt charges certain fees for the use of its platform services. These are distinct from any payments made between Users.

• Platform Fees: Managers and/or Boys pay fees to Ceivnt for specific actions like creating or canceling events. These fees are processed via our third-party payment provider (Razorpay).
• User Payouts: Managers are responsible for paying Boys directly for their services. Ceivnt is not involved in, nor does it process, these transactions. We are not liable for any payment disputes between Users.
• Penalties: Users may be subject to penalties for actions such as failing to attend a booked event ("no-show").

All fees and penalties are detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. User Conduct and Content

You agree not to post any Content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful. You agree to interact with other Users in a professional and respectful manner. We reserve the right to remove any Content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards without notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ceivnt, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, or any damages arising from disputes between Users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
