By accessing or using the Ceivnt application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. This agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. User Roles and Responsibilities
Our Service connects "Event Managers" and "Catering Boys." Event Managers are responsible for accurately posting event details, including staffing needs and payment rates. Catering Boys are responsible for fulfilling their booked roles professionally. Ceivnt is a platform to facilitate these connections and is not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of events.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS IS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ceivnt, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
