1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using the Ceivnt web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Definitions
Service
The Ceivnt web application and digital marketplace.
User
Any individual with a registered account on the platform.
Manager
A user who recruits staff and posts job opportunities.
Student
A verified student user booking hospitality assignments.
Strict Fair Work Policy
Ceivnt is exclusively a hospitality and event service staffing platform for verified college students.
Allowed Tasks: Food/beverage service, bartending, guest management, and general event coordination.
Prohibited Tasks: Heavy manual labor, toilet cleaning, dishwashing, waste management, or any demeaning manual labor.
Enforcement
Managers found staff to perform prohibited tasks face immediate and permanent account suspension.
3. Professional Verification
Ceivnt maintains a "Professional" tier for students. To qualify, users must complete a multi-factor identity audit including:
- Institutional linking with a registered partner college.
- Official Student ID document scan and verification.
- Multi-factor identity audit by regional supervisors.
4. The Ceivnt Service
Ceivnt acts as a neutral digital marketplace. We facilitate connections but are not an employer or a party to the direct wage agreement between users.
