This agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Ceivnt web application and platform.
• "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who creates an account on the Service.
• "Manager" refers to a User who creates and posts event listings to hire staff.
• "Student Worker" refers to a User who is a verified college student browsing and booking jobs for event support.

5. Professional Tier & Verification

Ceivnt offers a "Professional" status for verified college students. To access this status:

• Users must select their college/university from the registry and upload a clear scan of their Student ID.
• Verified status is granted after a multi-factor identity audit by regional platform supervisors.
• Compliance: Identity documents are used solely for verification, fraud prevention, and professional compliance purposes.

6. The Ceivnt Service

Ceivnt is a neutral digital marketplace that connects Managers and verified Students for event staffing. We are not an employer, employment agency, or a party to any direct wage agreement formed between Users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ceivnt provides a platform connecting managers and workers. Ceivnt is not responsible for the conduct, performance, safety, payment disputes, or contractual obligations between users except where required by applicable law.
