• Event & Booking Data: Details of gigs created or booked, including timestamps and locations.
• Verification Data: Unique college access codes used to verify student status.
• Payment Data: Transaction IDs and amounts via Razorpay. We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Operate and maintain the marketplace.
• Verify the identity and credentials of Professional staff.
• Allow Managers to view staff qualifications (including college name) before and after booking.
• Process platform fees and GST payments.
• Communicate essential event updates.
• Enforce safety standards and penalty systems.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Between Users: Managers see the names, verified phone numbers, and college affiliations of booked staff. Staff see the manager's name and event details.
• Public Directory: Basic info like name, role, city, and verification badges are visible to other logged-in users.
• Third Parties: Google (Auth), Razorpay (Payments), and potentially partner colleges (to verify student status).

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical measures, including SSL encryption and secure Firebase databases, to protect your data. Verification credentials (like college access codes) are hashed or securely processed to prevent unauthorized access.

6. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your profile data in "Settings." You may also remove your phone number, which will unlink the identity from your account and the database.
