We operate on a minimalist data protocol: we only collect what is strictly necessary to verify your identity and ensure workspace safety.
2. Comprehensive Data Registry
Our platform logs specific data points to facilitate the recruitment of verified student talent.
Personal Identity
Verified name, email, and 10-digit mobile number used for authentication and coordinate recruitment.
Credential Scans
Government ID scans and student selfies used exclusively for professional regional identity audits.
Geo-Location Logs
Base city selection and venue check-in data to ensure local gig accuracy and attendance verification.
Technical Signals
Push notification tokens and browser user-agent data to deliver real-time gig alerts and maintain session security.
3. The Right to be Forgotten
You maintain complete sovereignty over your professional identity records.
Through the **Settings > Security** menu, you can trigger a permanent account purge. This automated process executes the following:
- Irreversible deletion of all stored Aadhaar, Student ID, and Selfie scans.
- Immediate removal from the regional recruitment and supervisor registries.
- Purging of all device push tokens and linked communication channels.
- Termination of all active authentication sessions.
4. Intentional Access Control
We never sell user data. Access to information is restricted based on operational necessity:
Regional Supervisors
Authorized to view document scans solely for the purpose of granting 'Verified' status.
Event Managers
Authorized to view verified staff phone numbers only after a gig booking is confirmed.
5. Cookies & Technical Persistence
Ceivnt uses modern technical persistence (Local Storage and IndexedDB) to provide a seamless PWA experience. These "tokens" allow you to remain signed in, access gigs offline, and receive real-time alerts. No tracking or marketing cookies from third-party advertising networks are utilized.
