Ceivnt ("we," "our," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we handle the personal identification and professional credentials required to operate our hospitality marketplace.
2. Information We Collect
To ensure platform safety and gig reliability, we collect:
- Personal Identification: Verified name, email, and 10-digit phone number.
- Government Identity: Images of government-issued identity documents and verification selfies used for identity verification and fraud prevention.
- Institutional Data: College affiliation and student credentials for the Professional tier.
- Operational Data: City or location information provided by the user to match nearby event opportunities, gig history, and performance ratings.
- Payment Data: Secure transaction logs via Razorpay.
Third-Party Services: Ceivnt uses Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Firebase Cloud Messaging to provide authentication, secure data storage, and notifications.
3. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
In compliance with Google Play Store standards, Ceivnt grants you full control over your data.
- Deletion Option: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data via the Security menu in Settings.
- Data Purge: Upon deletion, your personal docs, ID scans, and gig records are permanently removed from our active production databases.
- Identity Storage: Government identity documents are encrypted during transmission and stored securely. Access is restricted to authorized verification personnel during the audit process.
- Retention for Safety: Certain transaction IDs and safety incident reports may be retained for 180 days to comply with financial audits or legal safety investigations.
4. Usage & Sharing
We share your data only to facilitate professional services:
- Managers: See names and verified phone numbers of booked staff for gig coordination.
- Regional Heads: Monitor identity scans and safety reports for their specific metro hubs.
- Public Users: Can view your name, role, city, and verification badge in the registry.
Data Security Protocol
All personal data is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections and stored securely in our cloud infrastructure. Access to sensitive data is strictly restricted to authorized administrative personnel only.
